I use Scrivener for my first drafts ($50), and Pages (Free with Apple products) for my later drafts.

I wish I could get it to you all tomorrow, but alas I am traditionally publishing which takes quite some time. I’m not sure when it will be out, but I will let you all know as soon as I do!
